Alliedbankers collects Your and the Insured Person's personal information when he/she is applying for, changing or renewing an insurance policy with Alliedbankers and or when Alliedbankers is processing any claim. Alliedbankers collects the information to assess Your and or the Insured Person's application for insurance, to provide You and or the Insured Person with insurance products and services and administer them and to handle any claim that may be made under a policy. If You do not provide Alliedbankers with this information, Alliedbankers may not be able to provide You and or the Insured Person with insurance or to respond to any claim.

For the above purposes, Alliedbankers may disclose the information it collects to Philippine Airlines and appropriate third parties in or outside The Philippines, including contractors and contracted service providers engaged by it to deliver its services or carry out certain business activities on Alliedbankers behalf, other insurers, Alliedbankers’s reinsurers, and government agencies (where Alliedbankers is required to by law).

You consent to Alliedbankers recording, using and disclosing personal information as set out above. This consent remains valid unless You and or the Insured Person alter/s or revoke/s it by giving written notice to Alliedbankers. From time to time, Alliedbankers may use personal information to send You and or the Insured Person offers or information regarding Alliedbankers products that may be of interest to You.
